At the beginning of your lease and at each
renewal, you can choose our Job Change Flexible Lease
Plan.
During the term of your lease, if you:
- Lose your job for reasons beyond your control (layoff, company
restructure, contract termination), or
- Are transferred within your company to an office more than 50
miles away from your current office –
You may be released from your lease
agreement simply by paying an up-front fee and complying with the
notice provisions of your property's lease. **We will
verify all changes with your current employer prior to being
released from your lease, and the fee varies by property. To
confirm the fee, please contact the property's leasing office.
You must choose the option prior to
the effective date of your lease (move-in or
renewal). You will sign a lease addendum
acknowledging your participation in this program….and you’re all
set!
