The Banner Apartments, LLC and its affiliates (Banner) are a family owned and operated real estate investment and property management businesses specializing in multi-family rental housing.  The principals of Banner include Milton Pinsky, CEO; his brother Martin Pinsky, CFO; their brother- in-law, David Gottlieb; Senior Vice President; and Milton and Martin's father, Alex, now retired.  Currently Banner has ownership interests in and manages 4,828 apartment units throughout the midwest, including Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin.  In adddition, the principals of Banner formed a 501 (c)(3) corporation for purely philanthropic reasons which has acquired to date and additional 439 apartments, considered affordable housing.  Banner currently employs 163 staff.
